Dunn & Co., CPAs, P.A. was founded more than 35 years ago by former IRS agent, Russell F. Dunn. We are a “boutique” CPA firm whose practice concentrates on IRS controversy. . We provide services to local, national, and international clients and welcome challenging issues as tax laws continue to evolve.

Mr. Dunn has more than 30 years of academic experience. He is a Professor Emeritus and was a tenured professor who has created and taught courses in graduate tax programs at Florida International University and Florida Atlantic University. His courses have included IRS Practice and Procedures, Federal Tax Research, and Advanced Corporate Tax. He has also lectured to CPA organizations and has been a featured guest on the IRS Tax Talk Today continuing professional education series.
